Home Addition and Kitchen Remodel

 A  full-scale home extension and renovation! This isn't just a simple update—we're completely reimagining the main living areas to create a space that’s both beautiful and highly functional.

This project includes a brand-new kitchen, designed from the ground up to be the heart of the home. We’ll also be building a one-of-a-kind "man cave" and re-thinking the layout of the living and dining rooms to make them work better for modern living. Get ready to see a complete transformation! We can't wait to bring our client's dream home to life.

 Whole-House Transformation 

This project encompasses a complete home addition and a full renovation of the existing structure, essentially rebuilding from the foundation up. The existing house has been taken down to the studs, and the backyard excavated to accommodate a basement extension and the foundation for a new addition and second floor. The comprehensive renovation includes the installation of all-new windows, flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, tiling, and more – a complete interior overhaul. Furthermore, the exterior façade has undergone a significant redesign and modernization. 

Outdoor Deck Replacement and New Roof Structure 

Transforming this outdoor space just got a whole lot more exciting! Our latest project involves a complete makeover of an existing deck. The scope of work for this project includes the complete removal and reinstallation of the existing deck, ensuring a fresh start and a solid foundation. Additionally, we're building a brand new roof structure directly over the deck, offering protection from the elements and creating a more versatile outdoor living area.
