 Whole-House Transformation 

This project encompasses a complete home addition and a full renovation of the existing structure, essentially rebuilding from the foundation up. The existing house has been taken down to the studs, and the backyard excavated to accommodate a basement extension and the foundation for a new addition and second floor. The comprehensive renovation includes the installation of all-new windows, flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, tiling, and more – a complete interior overhaul. Furthermore, the exterior façade has undergone a significant redesign and modernization. 

 Basement Transformation and Master Suite Expansion

This project encompasses a complete basement build-out, designed to maximize functionality and lifestyle. The finished space will include a dedicated gym, a serene yoga room, a soundproofed music room, and a state-of-the-art home theater. Additionally, we undertook a full master closet expansion, reclaiming unused attic crawl space to create a significantly larger area. This custom closet will feature a bespoke closet system, a custom vanity, and a central island. As a unique convenience, a laundry chute was also integrated into the design. 

 Master Bathroom Transformation: A Fully Customized Oasis

This project involved a complete gut renovation and a collaborative redesign of the master bathroom space, meticulously tailored to the client's vision. Through several design revisions between MBG and the homeowner, we maximized the layout to create a true bathroom oasis. Key features include a custom-designed vanity with double sinks and a dedicated personal makeup area. The comprehensive remodel encompassed a complete replacement of all elements, from new flooring and ceiling lighting to the addition of custom built-in shelving within one of the walls
